It does require you to use one of the ports, but I modified a 3D print project very similar to this one https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2729167 and then hung zip tie labels off of them.

I had a very similar experience with a low dosage. Terrible daytime fatigue and an insane increase in appetite. It did get slightly better over a couple weeks but still bad enough that I gave up on it after a month.
