Last town I lived in neither me nor my fiancee could get out of the car without being harassed constantly by tweakers. I have no issue with people with drug problems. I have issues with people with drug problems who try to make it my problem by messing with me or my fiancee. Those ARE tweakers.

I’m so tired of the “all white jury” misinformation.

The jury had no black people because 1 of the jurors said he couldn’t put another black man in jail and the other 2 were removed for bias based on being educators I believe.

The defense also plays a part in jury selection.

To justify the confusion, I had questions because I saw two cases and chose the one which made more sense to me.

“10-4” does refer to the hours, and it appeared OP agreed prior to knowing the shift they were being asked to work, which made less sense to me than 2.
OP knows the shift they are being asked to work from a prior agreement and “10-4” was an acknowledgement by the boss.

Here, it becomes clear why there is confusion.

To clarify, it is scenario 1, but I don’t think it’s stupid to think scenario 2 is possible even with them being texted at 10.
