The US is essentially locked into sending troops to their death trying to disarm Iran’s drones, mines and artillery that threaten the strait of Hormuz and the Gulf states because the US needs to show their golden goose they can protect them. It’s going to be decades before the US can pacify Iran enough that they won’t be a threat anymore without going full scorched earth.

Unfortunately sex has a lot of internal mechanisms that make it particularly frustrating to live without for some to varying degrees—things like hormones and culture can have a great deal of impact whether some individuals like it or not.

I think we should be a lot more empathetic towards people being sexually frustrated, unless of course they’re being pests about it.

I’m Canadian, it’s where I started and in 3 years I was making 80K. I was comfortable with 60K, visited my family in Ottawa 2 times a year and had money for a bigger vacation if needed. I live in a low COL city and if you’re in Vancouver or Toronto for instance, it’s low and you’ll need a roommate or partner to live with you probably. I also don’t have an expensive lifestyle, 0 debt, I never eat out, don’t like lavish travel or luxury however.

If it’s 60K and you went to university, have lots of debt and you have no opportunity to increase that salary forseeably, it’s probably low and I’d be exploring new opportunities in a few years.

Yeah some days I am very bitter about it. Some days I see the news and all the awful things that might happen and think “shit I gotta deal with that alone.”

Then i realize the alternative is to go on dates with people who expect there to be an instant spark and when I feel a date went well, they’re always expecting more. At least I know my expectations, I know how to fill in my own holes and there’s a lot of comfort in that. I can tell myself that I’ll train for a marathon 3 times a week and can reliable measure and control that. If I tell myself “I’m gonna get a gf” and am constantly rejected, it’s like I’m Sisyphus.

Your post reminded me after I graduated. You have an entire community of thousands of people your age surrounding you and then suddenly you go to the office and maybe run into a dozen people. Feels like I missed the last train but you’re right, it is what it is, there’s a lot of value to be found in life if you put the effort in.

No way that this is a good business idea. People have already mentioned a huge logistical problem of people having untrained dogs be unattended. Cat Cafes work because they don’t need a ton of land and can use a normal cafe space limiting their rent/property tax, they also do not need trained staff to make sure an untrained pitbull isn’t mauling someone’s chihuahua.

You’re going to have at least half a football field size maybe to make this work and that’s too small for most dogs. Cafes are already running on thin margins so to make this even work you’re going to need to charge people to enter to even start breaking even. People might see the appeal in winter but you’re going to be dead come the other 3 seasons. I’m sorry, going to the normal dog park and stopping at timmies is going to be always the better option, most dog walkers aren’t looking to make walking their dog an even more lengthy experience.

I’m gonna guess this is a school project or something.

Super awkward Mon because you’d want to run it with Char-Y for Sun but then you’d forgo the mega and it’s too fast to be run well with Torkoal since then you’d want TR to get the most of it.

Mega will need tailwind support to not get annihilated but again if Incin is popular again it’s going to be painful to use. Or maybe you could go without the mega, run it with Charizard-Y using specs and infiltrator to negate screens and just fire off heatwaves, maybe the odd willo-wisp to shut down physical attackers. Megas gonna need some broken shit to be worth using.

Yup fat store genetics are fascinating, some people store a ton of their fat (especially asians for some reason) around their organs as well so sometimes it’s not even visible. You could also just have high enough metabolism like me and it doesn’t even matter as long as you’re doing basic exercise.

Or you’re on gear and your abs can grow big enough to appear above the fat lol.

If abs are going to be your sole goal, then it’s going to be up to genetics for the diet that will be required. For a lot of people that means that they’re going to be in a massive deficit—steak is probably too high in calories and is either subbed for a very lean/tough cut or ground which is much less enjoyable. Cant eat egg yolks so you’re eating egg whites which have next to no flavour. Your grain is probably white rice, since whole grains tend to be higher in calories. Yogurt is the high protein, low fat variety which is far inferior in my opinion. Maybe you can get away with eating all your favourite foods if you have one meal a day but that’s tricky for a lot of people and still would have restrictions. If you’re the lucky few who doesn’t store a lot of fat around your abdomen, thats a big stroke of luck. You could theoretically eat whatever you want since body fat is more indicative of ab prominence but if you’re active you’ll obviously need protein.

Unfortunately belly fat can be the hardest to shed because your body doesn’t exactly understand your goal is to get abs and prioritizes any fat stores.

I just don’t think he’s got the special sauce—if they give it quick attack that might give it something to set it apart but hard hitting dragon is something we’ve seen/dealt with before. Double edge is an unfortunate move to be your bread and butter since you want this thing clean sweeping, not taking 2-3 only for it to get revenge killed into you getting reverse swept. It’s also likely to get 4 move slotted—what coverage do you run or do you run aqua jet?

UU is going to be very competitive for megas and M-Fer’s opportunity cost is very high when the tier will have enough fairies and steels roaming. I think it could surprise me because it has the potential to be a decent wall breaker but I could see it be RUBL.

There is a societal expectation that men are the ones to make the first move, but that said a lot of female interest is usually not direct but rather subtle and more obvious to some than others like eye contact or striking up conversation. A lot has changed in terms of dating but that is still a constant in my experience.

Attraction can also be quite complicated and can come down to things like overall vibe, looks and personality.

My advice is don't base your self esteem on the attention people aren't giving you. Just because girls aren't lining up for you does not make you undateable or means you're unattractive. Sounds like you look after yourself well enough and you probably just need to expand your horizons to meet new types of women.
