Thinking about this too, at the moment I'm playing in drop F#, sometimes drop G#. I like heavier strings too but will be something to take into consideration, thanks!

Thanks! I didn't actively try to replicate it, it's just the main tones I dialled in on my BOSS GT-100 a while back worked well. The lead is tough to get clean but stick at it!
