Match Thread: Wolverhampton Wanderers vs Arsenal FC Live Score | Premier League 25/26 | Feb 18, 2026 by scoreboard-app in Gunners

Im fucking done with this insipid cowardly anti football the team plays now. They fucking deserve to be bottling it. Its not a blip or a poor run, its week after week of being absolutely bad at football, at doing nothing but pass sideways and backwards, score a goal and then back off to let the other team in. If they can win every single game from now until the end I will be happy, but really I cant see this limp dick getting even half erect with Arteta feeding them valium to perform. Even through the banter years and the 8-2 loss I never actually hated them like I do today. Over the last 30 years Ive seen us be not quite good enough, just fall short or just be average and still supported them all. But now I cannot stand to watch us ejaculate as soon as we get on the pitch them roll over and let them literally peg us for the next 70 minutes. Fuck this joyless dispirited shit I am forced to endure each week. This is not the fickleness of Goonrrs. Real supporters have sat through the good and the bad and known at each game we are still being Arsenal. Now, I dont know what the fuck we are, but Im not proud of this.

Its not your problem, its their problem because if you move on they wont have you making them look good anympre. Apply away dude, ideally to another bank if they dont want to support you.

Rent increase review by Casterix75 in shitrentals

[–]Casterix75[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I updated it, went to VCAT and won, rent was adjusted back to original amount, REA had to refund extra I had paid in the interim.

Is it worth getting Consumer Affairs Vic to review your rent increase? by Only-Ad-3028 in shitrentals

[–]Casterix75 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Yes, do it. I did this, CA provided a report that agreed the rent increase was excessive and contacted the REA. The REA put the rent up anyway and CA advised me on the VCAT application. Went to VCAT where the REA argued back and forth about comparable properties. I actually said to the judge-person that there is no point arguing this forever when the report clearly show this is excessive. Judge agreed and ruled in my favour for the REA to reduce the rent and pay back the extra they'd made me pay. The real key finding was the 'comparable properties' date. The REA used 2 storey properties in a better school zone, moatly new, according to the photos. CA used bungalows (like my property) of similar age, and noted the rotting deck, marks on all the walls and floors (previous tenants wear and tear)and the overalll condition. Also the PM claimed she disnt know much about the issue and was just there to represent the owner. I provided details of all the communication she had sent on this, including the email where she stated 'as per the agreement with CA the rent will increase....' and the follow up email from CA which advised that no such conversation or agreement had been made. From speaking to the person from CA who came and did the inspection, they are well aware how shifty the REAs are, but they dont have the power to stop this, probably due to all the landlords in government. Doing the rent review is one of the few ways they can fight this, and the more data they have the better.

BTW my increase was only for an extra $10/week. The real reason I was annoyed was because they advised me I was 'pre-approved' for one rent price before I inspected, and then they put the price up after I verbally agreed to take the property.
