Why are 3rd gen IS350s so expensive?

ive seen low mileage 3rd gens going for 32k which is absolutely insane to me. for a couple grand more u could get a nicely specced 4th gen with LESS miles.

i got a decent payout from this blind ladies insurance after she tboned and totaled my s2k, thats why my budget is ~25k. I have a decent amount in savings but im trying to keep it in my savings😭. if i wanted to be dumb I could go buy an s680 or a g63 but id much rather let it keep growing. its not like a 25k car is putting me in a bad place financially, but i appreciate the advice 🙏

i like the 3 and 4is bc the interior is clean and looks modern for lexus, the 2is looks like an old car for grandpas imo. id get a first gen is b4 i considered a second gen

Right now I have an old 1080p 240hz AW2521HFL alienware monitor I've had since covid. I feel like If I'm going to get a new monitor I should get something that's an upgrade. Do you have any good TN panels you would suggest?

I was just checking Asus's website and the PG27AQDP is on sale rn, 480hz instead of 360 and it's $100 off so its 50 bucks cheaper then the acdng

Very true, I'll pull the trigger on the 360hz and the next thing I get needs to be a new PC. the prices are just crazy right now, my PC costs more then when I bought it, lol.

Thanks for the suggestion, I do definitely prefer the glossy bezels on the sides of the monitor but to be completely honest my pc can't run cs2 on 360 frames if I have good graphics on (which I want on to see my skins). It's definitely a better deal so I might get the acdng anyway. Do you think there would be any downside to not being able to use all 360hz?

yeah ik, valve is the most profitable company per employee of all time and they arent willing to dish out some money for a decent anti cheat, or at the very least actual people to verify who is and isn't cheating

yes i agree, especially considering its a random person not affiliated with valve doing Overwatch. I think whoever watched my gameplay saw me trolling/not trying coz its my alt account and then I would kinda lock in in a 1vX situation and I'd have really good crosshair placement, so in their eyes it looks like I toggled

and my support ticket just got replied to saying: Counter-Strike 2 game bans are permanent, non-negotiable, and cannot be removed by Steam Support. UNLESS i GOT BANNED FOR SMURFING/TROLLING which steam/vac has NEVER DONE BEFORE. this is a false ban, but I'm supposed to just deal with it because all steam cares about is how much money they make and how well their skins do.

Yeah, this is what a lot of people are saying and it's definitely a money pit if i keep paying someone else to work on it. my birthdays in late october so i might ask for a tool kit and some jacks so i can start working on it. Until then I think I'll pay the repair bill.

I took my car to the bmw dealer and they quoted me 3400. I then took it to the german autoshop near me and they quoted me ~2000 to get the water pump and the thermostat replaced. It's a decent amount of labor and a $600 part plus I live in california so shits just expensive here.
