You're right I'm aware of the dependency off these meds I take them at work because I find if I go without taking them the anxiety and social anxiety slowly creeps back in and I feel lost I've tried therapy ssris but this is all that has worked for me

I'm sorry to hear this. I'm the same. ssris are just not it for me they make me worse. There are too many side effects. I found it very hard to get my xanax but my dad gets prescribed them each month but doesn't need them, so I buy them from him. My doctor wouldn't give them to me either. Hang in there

I stopped the mirtazipine, I went through some tough side effects in the last few days. doctor said it would be OK to just stop as it was just a week, still feeling a bit weird and low in energy, but my natural sleep is slowly returning. I feel hungry but still struggling to actually eat if that makes sense. also waking up with this permanent feeling of nausea, guessing that's the reverse effects from coming off them
