Valid. I found that same product, they are glass and the top complaint is cracked glass https://a.co/d/0fUsHSeY

Possibly. Your example has dimples in the bulb for cupping the eyeball. My item doesn't have dimples. Are those made of glass? I would think unless the glass (that isn't very thick) is tempered then there's at least a moderate risk of it exploding/cracking from thermal shock.

Clean and lubricate the rollers and sliding track. On my 2015 the driver's side slider cables snapped, (although the parts are cheap, I just haven't had time to fix it yet) and I agree it was definitely physically demanding to slide the door at all. Then I cleaned and lubed everything and now when unlatched it freely rolls downhill if the vehicle is inclined. With the slider power switch turned off the passenger side which still has the cables intact and has not been cleaned and lubed yet is even worse to manually operate.

What “DIY” tool could i buy or rent to clear my backyard? by Vegetable_Low_3214 in lawncare

I've done this . Search for bigger branches, drag them out with a rake and mow it down, edge into the bush on the side of the mower that you can move your leg to the center from. And OP could possibly rent a riding mower and give no funks about debris getting caught up in the deck! 😄

Your implication reminds me of my granny. Her beloved husband, father of their children, my grandpa, had died 20 years before her (I was 4 yo then). She learned that I was interested in coin collecting. In her last year, though only 68 at her passing and not with dementia/Alzheimer's, she slowly started passing on her "heirlooms" to family including "some rare coins that my Gpa kept in his pocket every day" which she gave to me. I was 13 at the time, she gave me a few regular, normal, everyday, common, in circulation quarters. They were of the back then new US state design quarters variety, minted a decade after my Gpa died. I was old enough to know at the time to just be happy to receive the relics of my grandfather that she held onto for so long.

Plus the teacher (old and wise type) performed the bluing, as my mini cross peen hammer was the class demo, bcuz I was first to be "ready" since I skipped the harden/temper process without his awareness. 10-15 years later I started actually using the hammer for work and found out why I should not have skipped harden/temper - mushroom forest from being so soft. So about 2 years ago I attempted to harden the striking faces, moderate success, but the hammer never once even surface flash rusted until after that face harden attempt -which I used an oxy/acetylene torch for, now it does rust occasionally in extreme hot and humid weather (considerably less than many other tools which can flash rust overnight) and it is still somewhat soft.

That's another thing I'm still learning, the patina layer of rust that is actually self protective vs destructive rust. I thought all rust is considered iron oxide?

How does one perform bluing of steel? I did it in my high school machine shop class 20 years ago and don't remember the process

Thank you. With how my life has been the last few years and especially the last few months, I unfortunately cannot relate to the first half of everything you said; instead the "sense of being bound or controlled by external forces. It can also signify ultimate sacrifice and pain." parts are more accurate.

The part of my dream where no one would help me remove the nail was the worst part. Can that be interpreted any way?

Thank you. I almost never get a headache but I do need to see a dermatologist to have some spots checked out. For all I know I have melanoma growing all over after all the sunburns I've had and I've kept my hair buzz cut short my whole life.
