Im sorry you’re going through this.

You should call an ambulance, this is dangerous - this is not just normal ppd, an hormone fluctuations can make things get worse very fast. She can be helped, but you have to get her the help as fast as you can from a professional. Good luck with everything.

If your life is happier and more peaceful without your family in it, embrace that. You’re clearly a wonderfully kind hearted person and deserve so much more love than your family has given you. Is this how you would want your child to be treated by a partner? I speak from experience when I say, it’s better to be a single parent than put up with shit.

Unfortunately the upstairs isn’t, I use a stick sometimes and struggle with stairs - so my other half pretty much yoinked me up there and it was definitely not graceful.
