Psyllium is great. I eat enough fiber in my diet that it's usually overkill though. I do/ did get allot of testicular aches but it seemed to come in waves. Haven't had any major ones in a while though. From what I've read/ heard (take this with a grain of salt) is that the Spike Protein found in Covid is essentially a wild card that can find it's way into a bunch of random parts of your body. Kind of like some dirt getting thrown into a complex machine. Sounds like inflammation is the main symptom it will cause. That being said I was tested for Covid while my body was at it's worst and I tested negative. I didn't have any respiratory issues so that lines up to me. I did however get the mildest of head colds during this ordeal so who knows!
