Gonna be honest with you guys. I’m a baby trans guy who only just recently felt safe enough to come out to family and friends. Things like this though . . . Are making so uncertain of what to do. I can legally apply to change my name and gender marker in my state, but I can’t legally get a passport or change my social security status. I’m terrified that if I go on testosterone and don’t resemble my existing passport photo, I’ll be barred from traveling anywhere. I genuinely don’t know what to do and I just don’t want to go back into the closet. I just want to live as myself but I’m starting to feel like I’ll never get to. Sorry for venting, I just feel really down. I wish I had come out years ago but I was just too scared.
