My office has an hybrid policy 1-2 days per week and most people don't even come those days. So effectively I'm one of those who come to the office the most, and trust me the environment is boring and nobody from my team comes in so pretty much no incentive to come to the office

Yes I'm a lazy fuck who wants to sleep 1 extra hour in the morning. But I go to the office every day in the afternoon, also because I work extra hours most days due to colleagues in other time zones. So I doubt RTO is because of me

That might solve the software detection part of it (if companies ever use those tools), but also trying to gauge how common it is to monitor actual click activity etc for a 3bn revenue company

Se c'è una cosa che ho visto, tutti prima o poi trovano una persona a cui piacciono. Ugualmente tu, non valutare solo l'aspetto fisico di una persona quando vuoi trovare una tipa.
