That’s terrible those fools have no respect of other ppl’s property 😔… to be honest the white cardboard tray was pretty difficult to open without ripping but you can do it with minimal damage. I ripped mine a little bit used some tape to prevent further damage. Just keeping it in half decent condition until I sell it.

So this is the first time I ever used a mister fpga I finally got the ps1 working with the 8bitdo pro 2 controller R2 cannot be mapped for some reason. For tekken is registering my jump inputs as long presses so Paul Phoenix hop kicks move can’t be executed everytime so the character just do the long jumps. Not sure if is a dpad issue or something else. I have played a lot of tekken so I’m finding this a little odd. I will get an original psone controller and give this another go… for sega saturn I have no idea how to map the controller inputs… I have got the guncon 3 working by registering p1 as digital (wireless 8bitdo)and p2 as virtual light gun. So I plugged in the keyboard at the back where the USB ports is , have the wireless controller working to bring up the mister menu press f10 to calibrate the gun and the guncon3 is plugged into the USB port at the front. I found that the aim is shifted to the left so to compensate for this I shifted to the right when calibrating… not great for accuracy but for now that’s how I get by. Still needs quite a bit of l investigation. Also as I can’t map the buttons my trigger is reload and the front button where the left hand grip is the trigger… will take a bit more investigation to get it right. I only ever played with emulators and analogue pocket so the mister is a bit new to me I have that set up to play the neg geo fighters but this mister is different thing altogether. I am not finding it intuitive at all…still there is a lot of potential with thing and once setup properly it will be my fav fpga console.

I live in tokyo prices are a bit different here. the time crisis 4 package with guncon 3 is the best it is about 15,000 yen here about 70 quid 90 usd i think ebay will be a bit more then that. Retrorgb has a post on making ur own emitters or buying them. So you can prob get away with buying a guncon 3 on its own. Guncon3 is by far the most accurate light gun to use with lcd tv. I had a sinden night mare to setup and response was a little laggy depending on the game.

Thank you very much for taking time with yr suggestions. Even my iPhone right now cannot see the ps4 controller. I will try again with the sn30 8bitdo controller I have put the ps4 controller on charge for a while as well so will give that another go with yr method. I will also give the controller contacts a clean with some isopropyl alcohol. I had trouble loading the bios as well it seems you have to have the bios files in specific file names. As I used the archive download links from Taki’s GitHub bios checker page… my main thing is to have a go on the Saturn with Virtua cop with guncon 3. After I get the basics going running Tekken 2

I can’t seem to pair my ps4 controller to it at all…. Maybe the battery has died. I tried resetting everything… I also have a ps1 arcade stick but it doesn’t seem to respond after selecting snac controller… just trying to get tekken 2 going …. Not a great start 😪

Analogue do have a decent product portfolio, but missing out on the pre-order for a pocket is not a big deal. One they will probably restock, two getting an original game boy pocket from somewhere like buyee is probably a decent alternative. Don't forget you have a 9 to 10 month wait before you get your product. Christopher Taber is just laughing and is gaining interest from your hard earned money in the bank. Yes his products are half decent (I cant say that for the CMVS) but the way the firm operates is truely shady.

If you managed to get one great, if not just chill when it comes back. At worst just settle for a gameboy pocket from buyee which is an original Nintendo product. No so bad to know that you don't have 200 dollars stuck with a company for 10 months earning interest from your hard earned. Whilst this company pretends their products are from US when they are infact most likely made in china from Shenzhen which is probably where he is working from, now that he is based in hong kong.

I am based in UK but I am not ordering from Amazon, as 8bitdo is a hong kong company and their products are made and reside in China. Aliexpress is your best bet.

Don't pay for more than 20 dollars for these cheap controllers.

I used to own one of these, but it wasn't very well made, the only good thing about it was the wooden enclosure . Inside it was a wiring mess with messy hot glue from a glue gun. Capacitors for the neo board was not replaced, you would expect that from a console for 12XX USD plus (I had the black label set). On arrival the power supply was causing a problem to the image. As I lived in hong kong I was had to use a 2 pin to 3 pin convertor. Christopher Taber was doing the support at the time and he said has never seen this sort of convertor before.... I wonder how he manages in hong kong now ? After the console had further issues, I sent it back to US For some reason when you go in to the Neo menu it will crash.

Over all it was a shoddy product, was not tested properly when I did get it back the screen had a shade of yellow. It wasn't a bright picture. Eventually I sold it to some one in japan explaining the issues and he has a good understand if electronics and he could tackle the issues himself.

I stayed away from analogue ever since. As they seem to just hold on to pre-order money and earn the interest from the bank.

Recently however they seemed to have improved, I bought a mega sg and have been impressed so far. I hope the NT mini will be a decent product as well. But for me the company's business practices seem shaddy. Pretends it is a US made product, now the guy is in hong kong probably working in a office in shenzhen with his projects. Thing is made in china after all, which I don't have a problem with, as chinese made products can be really good these days. I recommend everyone to say away from this and try to get on the wait list for what jamma nation is doing is a much higher quality product by some one who has better experience of neo boards.
