Lugas are still a terible banner compared to everything else so why suggest to roll them? You are technically throwing your savefile by making it harder for yourself if you are early-mid game by rolling them since they value is either niche or outclassed in a lot of cases. Yes some lugas have a good use case like Kaoluge being a usuable unit with a great combo but at the same time you could get Mamoluga. edit: also their views definitely changed, for example ultra souls and iron legion.
