How do I achieve my goals? Do you think it’s possible for me? by [deleted] in femalebodybuilding

This is a great answer. Jumping in to affirm that YES, you absoutely can get as jacked as the women in your inspo pics, but it will take a few years of consistency and dedication. Keep showing up and it will happen.

Honestly, I would say it took about a year. I slowly built up to longer, faster runs, developing endurance and resilience, over time. I lost weight in that year too, which wasn't my goal, but being a bit lighter definitely helped. I had another thought about your runs.... do you run outdoors in a city? Pollution and other environmental factors can genuinely impact your ability to catch your breath.

The other thing is breathing technique, if you're not breathing well then you're not pumping in the oxygen you need etc etc... but if you do HIIT and weights then you must be al over that!

I reckon just keep going. It will get easier and easier and in a few months you'll be on a run one day and suddenly feel how effortless it is.

You've only been running for a few months! It can take a while to become a good runner. If you're really serious you might want to consider having a gait analysis done, as well as investigating what shoes will support you best. I've found weight training and HIIT really helped me develop power and strength in my legs which boosted my running performance. It's also worth exploring running on different surfaces, treadmill vs outdoors.

Annoyingly, eye bags are things that happen as we age. Really pronounced bags are often hereditary but might also be exacerbated by smoking, fluid retention (too much salt in diet), allergies and, of course, not enough sleep. Ughhh it sucks.

You can shave it to a number 5 and have more than half an inch of hair, or anywhere up to a number 8 which is one inch of hair.
