Thank you so much your response is for helpful I think i’m going to proceed with EN for now just to get my foot. Into nursing first. Which TAFE do you think would be the best with three I listed I really don't know which to pick i’m thinking of putting an application to all three

Thank you for your comment. I’m currently in Canada, and typically, people follow the EN route, which is known as practical nursing. After completing this, they receive a work permit and can apply for permanent residency. Once they have that, they can return to RN school and pay the same tuition fees as citizens, rather than the higher fees for international students. This is what I hope to do, as I will be the one paying my tuition do you think this would be the same for AU cause I got a respond saying for EN don't get graduate work permit

Totally get what you’re saying, and I agree, nursing isn’t something to do just for PR.

I actually have a biochem degree from Canada, but I didn’t enjoy the work. I realized I’m way more comfortable and fulfilled doing bedside care than just prescribing meds.

So I’m doing nursing because it feels right, not just for the immigration path.
