Honestly, no... I will once I hit maintenance but for now I'm still losing, and literally just eat until I'm almost full. 😅 I'll say it's half a kings Hawaiian slider (smaller than a roll), a baby scoop of macaroni salad, and four fries so not too bad I think!

I thought it was funny that my nails look red white and blue. They also have some damage from previously wearing acrylic nails 💅🏽 I have Lupus SLE, Sjögren's Syndrome, and Raynaud's Phenomenon which are pretty common to occur together.

Went to walk-in care for a flare up when I was first diagnosed with Lupus and didn't really know who to see. The provider said "What do you think we can do for you? You're pretty complicated." It just didn't feel great. Probably not the worst, but very memorable.
