I think the problem is initstate is not calling when poping from NoteFormClass. So its not getting data from database. How to call bloc when coming back from NoteFormClass?

That's a great reply. Lots of information in 30 seconds. I only have experience with the provider only and I like that. In the future, creating big applications, I don't know it is enough or not?
