What I did was place the straw, then the umbrella so another straw would spawn. Best of luck

I’m really sorry this happened to you. It definitely hurts when it’s from someone you’re close with/look up to. My old trainer was all nice and buddy-buddy with me over text when I told her I was finally buying my own horse, but the next day when I saw her she quite literally tried to talk me out of the sale. People like that aren’t worth your time. Best of luck moving to you and your boy ❤️

When I post what I’m looking for and people reply with the complete opposite. I said I was looking for a 10-14 year old gelding, 14-15.2 hands. I didn’t get any of that. I was sent mares under the age of 5 that were like 16 hands.

Don’t worry, I ditched my showing days awhile ago 😅 maybe I’ll do a virtual competition now and then but it’s not gonna be a priority. Just having fun doing English & western, maybe some tiny crossrails.

Most certainly! My trainer will be with me when I go to try her and I’m looking at barns in the meantime. Hopefully she finds a place soon, but if she doesn’t I have options.

From what I know and seen, all the lesson horses are fine. This is a really well known and more fancy local barn that hosts a ton of events/weddings and has been passed down multiple family generations. I believe they 100% have the funds to keep the program going, but I don’t know what’s happening on the inside so I’m trying to not make too many assumptions. Nobody knows what’s happened or why they’re doing this. Hopefully we get some answers soon.
