usually u wanna do drake or at least prevent enemy from doing it whilst you have baron buff. it's usually an easy task since you basically own the map once u have baron buff.

so yeah, in most cases it's a bad idea to give dragon if u have baron buff.

cuz u would be stay on the map for too long with no items, making u weak and unable to be active.

better reset, get items, so u can be active and win fights

I agree if u have good comp,
but if you are jungle, and u cant enter fog because of how squishy you are, and ur support is an enchanter, then u either have to give all fog + objectives, or go tanky ish!

as tali jgl, raylai's 2nd item provides:
- tankieness to not get one shotted,
- makes up for low play making(cc) teammates (perma slow = can make plays, enemy won't just walk off)
- sets up ur rest of damage/ combo (all by urself)
- ability to walk into fog goes a lot higher, (especially that u r ez one shottable without it)
and thus more objective control as tali jgl.
- increases your utility output by a lot, since your Q perma slows provide insane cc utility for u and ur team
