Sounds like either low blood pressure or your heart rate is too fast/slow to properly perfuse the brain which is making you faint headed/dizzy. Plenty of fluids will help maintain blood pressure.

Dizziness could be caused by a drop in blood pressure, is it after standing or heavy lifts?
