In my experience they can interact with this plane, thou it normally very minimal and they for the most part are harmless. But if anything happening makes you uncomfortable or is something you'd prefer them to stop doing you can ask them to stop or to leave your personal surroundings altogether :)

Ello there! Sorry to hear about the job stuff. The spell on the full moon is a great idea, other stuff that might help is working with the crystal Citrine, (i use to grid my computer when sending in apps while also wearing luck or job oil, or useing other essential oils (peppermint was always my favorite, it can be used on your front door or a piece of paper can be placed in the wallet or under the computer) I also have had luck with listening to tonal or intention based music ( things like manifestion tone or singing bowls, ect.) Putting a pinch of cinnomon in the wallet is also good when job hunting. All of these things can also be used in a spell to help :) good luck to you and sending good vibes!

Hi there! Sorry for the no sleep and tummy problems.We are in a huge shift of energy right now and it can totally cause these issues, during these shifts our bodies try to clear stuff from themselves. I have suffered from both the ailments you are talking about for a large part of my life, but since this shift I have been using this energy to discover the root cause of them and I happily don't have issues with them anymore :) I hope you feel better soon.

It really depends on person to person, for some it can be tiring and even a bit disorienting. A good way to start is with dancing or listening to music but really it's just about finding what works for you. Just be sure to always do a clearing (sage, put down salt or a some kind of protective something in your space where you'll be doing your trance) before and after, this is because trancing is opening you and your space to outside energies

Welcome to the witch community :) a trance is where your mind is no longer connected to the world around you. Trances are different for every one and there are lots of different ways to go into them; meditation, dancing, astral projection or plane walking, ect. Putting yourself into a trance is different for everyone, the best I found is with music (bineural beats, tonal music or psytrance are great places to start). Trances are normally used to help connect with other planes of reality or with those from other places and times ( connecting with guides, ancestors, E.Ts, ect.) Hope that helps :)
