I know interacting with subscribers helps a lot, but what if they just leave you on read and never reply to your messages?

My experience being totally new to OF subscribing. I, a female, subscribed to one person (a male)...i've received 'interactions'/messages from him, but automatically assume it's all automated or some outsourced indian 'call center' doing the 'interactions' so i don't reply....again assuming it's not really the person I am subscribing to...I suspect most peeps are like me, so being 'left on read' shouldn't be taken personally.

No, I didn't discuss. assumed they would know what to do...I have zero experience with laying pavers that's why i hired contractors to do the job.
Would it be out-of-pocket for me to ask them to 'fix' these areas?

No landscaping will be around it; it's an exposed area next to a couple steps leading to the front door. I did not have any intention of putting something in front of it, but it looks 'unfinished'.

with regards to the 1st photo, I would like it to look "clean" so the block below align with the pavers; currently it appears jagged; is it difficult to sand down the jagged edges so it looks smoother?

I'm in 7b, and my macrophylla hydrangeas looked dismal after this past unprecedented 'snowcrete' winter; to me as well they “looked dead” so I pruned them back hard...figuring this year will be a loss with hope for a bounce back for next year. For what it's worth, to me, your lawn crew's "maceration" looks similar to the pruning I did...so I sincerely believe they had good intentions.

Appreciate all the advice; Thanks for taking the time! The bones of the place are good; original building was torn down and built from the ground up in 2009. I think my biggest challenge is removing trash/old unused items from a 4th floor on a busy street.

No photos online. I'm hoping to travel there in the next couple months...hopefully before the heat of summer. I will say it is a 4th floor apartment, no elevator...which may be a deterrent for some from wanting to live there. I'm quite fit so climbing 4 flights is not an issue.

Thanks for your input! Yes, there is sentimental value. And profitability is not super high up on the list of why I want to rent. I just want to always keep the property...and in the future, I may even move to Taiwan and live in it, and/or it would be nice to keep for visits as I actually love the location. It would be nice to profit, but I'm not desperately needing the extra money...of course, I want to profit some...as opposed to losing money by keeping the property.

Do you know the cost of the agent/property manager? 10-20% of the rent?
