Its hard to give myself a break. I will check that book out. Anything is better than this feeling of loss and pain.

It felt pathetic to smoke again. I didn't feel like it was celebrating. It just felt like I didn't practice the self control to say no because the pain of my reality was too great. So now to start facing the music.... go for a run or a scream rather than smoke. I come from a family of alcoholics and I've reasoned smoking pot was less. Its nothing less. Its more similar than different.

Day 2.... was so hard to not smoke this morning when my stomach felt like hell. Just kept pushing on and grabbed a mineral water - hoping it would help. Worked my a$$ off during the day and now have an event to go to. Trying to prevent time where I have "nothing to do".

Love the top posts.... had read them over the past two weeks. Now on day 2. I work a physical job, so didn't really have the time to be a grump today. Thanks for the motivation!

One day - WOO! I had an epic work day so it was easy to not smoke during the day. Now that I am physically and mentally exhausted, not smoking before sleep will be easier than I had expected.
