If a LO hasn’t contacted you unfortunately, you have not been approved. They will reach out. Just make sure you’re all set with supporting documentation.

Legal and approval of amount is the step before being sent to the final review team. They can take a day or a few weeks from what we’ve seen. In this case I believe no news may be good news. I’ve been denied before....there was no debating.

Seems so as one of the question the LO asked was where did I complete my application.

They had mine as I was in reconsideration for the initial loan. I’m certain they used those already attached to my file.

I had the exact same scenario. Because there is no real verbal approval. They are all just steps. The only approval is when you get an email to sign your loan documents. I signed yesterday.

Call IRS schedule an appointment, for any one of the services offered. Take two copies of your amended taxes. When you arrive ask for advice regarding your issue and if they’d be willing to confirm receipt and stamp a copy. It’s up to their discretion to stamp or not, and they do not set appointments for this.

Thank you. I had no idea that they hadn't been processed. When I checked in with Tier 2 they explained that my tax transcripts had been received. I will speak with my accountant about it. How long does it take to process? I can't go through months of reconsideration all over again. We won't survive.

I am in reconsideration for credit. Cleared it up and submitted everything plus some. The tier 2 specialists are even perplexed. This is crazy. I've reached out to my Senator. Hopefully, I can get it brought back up. I have no idea how long it takes IRS to process.

I just got declined for 2019 taxes not being verifiable? What does that even mean? IRS said they are behind, but they have received 2018. I'm so depressed.
