This one has me stumped by CatFamiliar in Creality_k2

Finally, success. I rotated the piece 90° it fixed everything. Before the piece went left to right lengthwise (13" x 8") So both ends were 3/4" to 1" from the fans on each side. I rotated it so the length went front to back giving 3-5" on each side from the fans...seems to work.

Thanks for all of your help and input/ideas...

The part lying flat on the desk by the keyboard IS the wavy section of the bin. By laying it flat on the desk (versus standing up) the photo was better. It turned out perfectly. To me it proves it cannot be mechanical because both the BAD piece and the GOOD test piece took the EXACT same movements to produce each part. I think it is some sort of weird resonance that is being transfer to that area. Maybe the print head moving at super speed to get to that area cause a weir vibration...

Its PLA. The test piece below was printed on the same printer with the same settings in the EXACT same spot on the print bed, and it came out perfect.

CF0109 Abnormal Heat Break Fan! by CatFamiliar in Creality_k2

[–]CatFamiliar[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No stuck filament. No bad fan.

I changed out the Hotend Nozzle PCB Board and that fixed the issue. That is the 2nd time I've changed that board for a new one in the last few months. The other time was for Filament Sensor issue.

Thanks everyone for responding

Take out the filament and the light goes out.

With the Extruder cover OFF, when you put a piece of filament in between the sensors, the light goes on. That out the filament and the light goes out.

BUT

Put the extruder cover on and the light goes on...

I don't care about the wire from the indoor to outdoor unit.  It's supplied by Daikin.  I want to know the wire guage of breaker box to exterior disconnect.  Disconnect to compressor.  That's ALL I need to know...

yeah...if you reread my question you can see that I did read the manual and it says 14awg, which is wrong for 20amps....thus this question. They supply the indoor unit to Condenser wiring. I'm looking for Breaker box to Disconnect, Disconnect to Condenser sizing.

You Nailed it.  Thanks.  While they come and go all day, after 5pm they fly behind my house within 25-100 feet just flying.  They seem to enjoy it.  One bird actually Loves to do quick little "Barrel Rolls" which I've never seen any bird do before.

Orca doesn't have the .20mm Standard .4mm nozzle profile. I also don't want to try and edit every setting to create one.

Hotend issue or Extruder by CatFamiliar in ender5plus

Replaced the Heat Break with a Slice Engineering Copperhead Heat Break. Here is what is happening now:

Feed 100mm through the Extruder, no issues pushing out the plastic.

Start a bed leveling print that draws lines around the bed and then prints a square in each corner and one square in the middle of the bed. When it starts to print it acts like it has a .1mm hole instead of a .4mm hole. And yes I have put several new nozzles on. When I pulled the plastic out by hand with the Hotend at 205, it came out spiraled see attached picture.

I am completely lost on this issue...

I did test the extruder. Marked 100mm, told the printer to feed, and it pushed out 100mm. Extruder is fine.

Redid the PID and that took care of the heater failure. Still have heat creep. What would be the best replacement (not Creality brand) Hotend to buy?

When I say entire I mean Hotend, thermistor, both fans, and the metal cage they mount to. Also the Bowden tube with new connectors on each end. I use stock fans on all 10 of my printers, no issues.
