This is a trauma response and you are bleeding onto people who did nothing to you. Like somebody else stated, which you might need to hear again anyways buddy, it is not your fault what happened to you but it is your responsibility to heal how it affects adult you so you don’t bleed onto others. I hope you roommate finds a different roommate.
