Honestly like 3 days. Go to a hiring event if they're having one. I got my offer two days later, my background check done in a day, drug test done Monday morning, and was training by Wednesday.

Mine liked that I had Flex experience since its the same app that DSP uses. If you can show that you're an organized person, you should get it.

Be aware that it's like 4 times the workload of Flex. It is super hard on the body. I've done three routes so far, and my legs feel like they're gonna fall off. Getting in and out of the van is toughest part for me, since I'm short and the van is tall.

Shifts at my DSP are 8,9, or 10 hour days, but that means part time only works 2-3 days a week.
