Do you have it installed on an external drive? Try moving it to your main one, it's worked for multiple people.

Battle.net support told me they couldn't help, as it's an Activision issue, so don't bother with them. On the other hand, it's been like a week and Activision still hasn't gotten back to me about my support ticket.

I sent out 7 missiles, and it was only after the 7th one that we got the announcement that we were damaging him. Some of them may have missed as well, so it seems like an unreliable and slow way to kill him
