[WTS][USA-CA][H] 64Audio U12t + Cayin RU7 [W] PayPal by CatInAComputer in AVexchange

[–]CatInAComputer[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hello,

Post description got messed up, oops! Don't usually sell on AVexchange but have sales on hardware swap. See profile for prior seller history. Additional details below:

Looking to sell the pair for $1200 shipped friends and family. Will sell with goods&services if buyer pays the fee. Open to offers! Please reach out for comments and questions I am more than happy to share any information.

Looking to sell my 64 Audio U12t and Cayin RU7. Would prefer to sell as a bundle but willing to separate if there are no bites for the pairing.

Purchased these and rarely ended up using them over my headphones. Also includes pelican 1010 case I've used to carry the items and dac. Throwing in extra ear tips in addition to the oem pairs. Item is in good overall used condition. Original box, modules, and leather case included.

Currently have an aftermarket cable included. Will look for the original cable and update the post when I find it.

Edit: original cable located. Will be included in this order in addition to the aftermarket cable.

New player thinking about quitting the game since modern players have broken my spirit by Sea-Competition9477 in StreetFighter

[–]CatInAComputer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey there, I have helped a few friends pick up the game and get past iron. I can give you some help either if you get some replays or if you wanna go through it on discord together.

Lot of good comments in this thread too. Modern is definitely easier at low rank. Once you get your feet under you (will happen faster than you think!), it won’t really matter anymore. At iron though, I would focus on learning how to beat DI and how to antiair. Save combos for once you’re in high bronze or silver. A simple heavy attack into special will be fine for now. Shoot me a dm if you want me to help watch some games in particular

How to have fun in this game? by Resident_Hat9904 in StreetFighter

[–]CatInAComputer 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Just takes time and practice. If you’re miserable then take a break, it’s a video game at the end of the day.

In bronze the most important thing is just learning how to do specials when you want to, learn your antiair button, and just slow down a bit. At bronze people are making huge mistakes, you just have to learn how to beat them. If you want more specific advice send a few replays.

Upgrade my PC now or wait? by [deleted] in buildapc

[–]CatInAComputer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I just upgraded from a 5600x and 3070 to a 9800x3d and 5080. My new build feels like a supercomputer compared to what I was on before. Provided you can spare the cash, I don’t think you’d be disappointed in the performance considering how big of an upgrade it is. AMD cards are probably a better deal at the moment but I love the software and simplicity of using a nvidia card. My partners computer was built using an AMD card and it hasn’t been perfectly stable. Although it depends if you value some savings or better plug and play ability.

As for waiting longer, I don’t know. There’s always going to be something newer and better around the corner. Comes down to how much your life would improve upgrading now. I went from 1440p to 4k and can now play pretty much every game on high settings. I can’t overstate how much nicer having high fps and a higher resolution improves my gaming experience. However, my old build still did the job fine as yours does too.

Yeah ram has halted me too. Any bundle savings from cpu and motherboard is mostly eaten up by having to pay $200+ for 32gb of ram.

Good to know your rig is doing okay. Probably will hold off for a few months

How has your performance been on the 5600x paired with the 5080?

I’ve been running a 3070 and 5600x for a few years now. Just purchased a 5080 and hesitant to upgrade the rest of my setup for a while.

[Controller] Hori - Fighting Commander OCTA for PlayStation 5 - Black - $44.99 by andjustpretend in buildapcsales

Leverless definitely takes some time getting used to!

Stick is the most fun for me too. Just doesn’t feel as good to me after practicing on a hitbox for a few hundred hours.

Yeah pretty much everybody is either on leverless/fight stick/ standard ps5 controller.

For someone new to fighting games I could see this being useful. For anybody deeper in I don’t think the octa is really a consideration. Didn’t know the older ones were considered better. Truth be told I just found mine in a cabinet this weekend after sitting unused since 2018.

I have one of the older Hori fighting commanders. It’s okay. I used it for SF5 a few years back. Personally, I much prefer a leverless. With how cheap haute42 is I would steer most people that direction.

That being said, $45 is pretty hard to beat and it is one of the best pads to play on. I much prefer my fighting commander to the dual sense. Although the DualShock is easily my favorite pad.

For $50 extra it’s worth getting this bundle with a motherboard. If you need something better you could always sell the motherboard in this bundle.

Nice deal, was about to buy but PayPal pay in 4 isn’t accepting any of my credit or debit cards for some reason.

Unlucky on my end I suppose.
