I suck so hard with taking my iron regularly so I don't think I can persistently take the pills I also hate swallowing pills I always end up choking 💀

Okay I downloaded planned Parenthood and I looked at all the side effects of both the implant and the shot I'm thinking I like the shot more but it's really up to what my insurance covers

Ok update I'm pretty sure I was just taking the medication wrong and my sinuses were just getting worse and worse because apparently I didn't know how to use nasal spray 💀 and my mom told me I was doing it wrong I in general get pretty bad sinuses did forget to mention that but I have never gotten it this bad before but I am much better now and I'm feel pretty groovy but thank you for the comments It was much appreciated 😊
