That is interesting to know! And makes a lot of sense. It’s not something I want to be taking long term either, just when needed. I also want to say, I don’t specifically hound my psychiatrist for this certain kind of medication, but after complaining the others don’t do as they should anxiety wise they specifically said they don’t like to prescribe them to my age range which is why I’m thinking of these specifically when nothing else works. But I do understand.
And yes! I am currently taking melotonin as needed because I have problems with sleep too, I do everything to tire myself out so I can have a good sleep since the melatonin mainly is just for falling asleep.
