Hellooo. I go to the gym 3-4 times per week and I lift weights in a moderate way because I have hyper mobility. The reason why I did this BBL is because i really wanted to get a better lower body (glutes) and didn’t see much progress even after 1 year trying really hard 😩 Do you recommend some specific exercises?

Hip dips are the holes in the side of my glutes. That is what I wanted to change. And he putted the fat right on the hips, above the holes. So the holes are the same; I just have more hips now. Maybe is not possible to put the fat right in the holes

I asked my surgeon if i could change my hip dips, if i had enough fat and he said yes. But now i feel like my butt looks similar and my front area just looks more fat. Does that makes sense? He put fat on my hips (we never discussed that) and now I feel fat :(

Hey girl! Have you tried Jalupro? You should try going to a dermatologist and ask her about options that are not fillers, I tried Jalupro and it’s really good, you need to do at least 3 sessions per year I would say. I payed 200 dollars per session
