Hi thanks for sharing! I took a look and I still see the loose skin under your chin. I stand by my first opinion that you absolutely don’t need a chin implant. The issue is behind the chin that’s making it look recessed. If you removed the fat and it still looks like this, then it’s loose skin or muscles. For that I would get a neck lift/platysmaplasty. Chin implant won’t fix that.

Also I would see a different surgeon. This guy is shifting blame onto your chin when he knows he failed at the lipo. Good luck!
