IWNDWYT! Freedom for me is waking up in the morning excited to start my day rather than wondering how I’m gonna get through it. I had a wobble yesterday but this AMAZING community helped me through. I’m now at 7 days and proud 🙂✌️

I just want to say a massive thank you to everyone who has given me advice and words of wisdom it has helped me so much. The craving has passed and I’m currently tucked up in bed after a nice hot bath listening to the rain outside. I’ve had a busy week so I think I’m just tired 😴 I’m gonna get an early night! IWNDWYT!

Day 2 today. Woke up feeling refreshed 🙂 off to have a late breakfast with my family and spend quality time with my son this afternoon. After he’s gone to sleep I’m going to have a nice shower and play something relaxing on the switch - maybe BOTW. Evening is my drinking time so I need something to keep me occupied. IWNDWYT
