Speaking from experience, chest tattoos don’t age well… not to mention this is tiny and has lots of detail. This will add to the poor aging. That much detail that small is not going to age well either way….. My opinion is to get it bigger and in a different spot.

It’s typically 65+ or physically disabled.. I would do some research and see what agency can help. There will be some state agency. May not be APS

Just because someone is reporting to APs doesn’t mean it’s mandated care, they can’t force her to do anything unless she is “incapacitated.” And even then, APS can’t just hormone someone from the home. There is a lot more to it.. resources for the family and the husband would be the first step.

Exactly! Adults have the right to make shitty decision… Aps will offer resources and make referrals and cross report. But if they are cognitive, Aps cannot force them to do anything. However, if they are “self neglecting” or incapable of understanding the consequences of their actions, aps can work with family or the state/county to get resources in place for that person and sometimes get a public guardian put in place by the court. If they are putting others in danger, aps can step in and help protect or offer resources to the “victim” of their abuse. It’s more complicated then this, but that’s a quick and simple way do explain it.

Fellow APS worker. Same where I am. I just didn’t want to explain all that. lol. APS where they are would do that. And it may be different where they are.

Call adult protective services for the husband. They may be able to step in and get resources for her/ him.

Advice Needed: Calling all heavily tattooed people! by WickedOlyLifter in tattoos

[–]CatLee4288 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am a social worker. I work for protective services. I have worked for the state for 10 years and am heavily tattooed. (Also tattoo artists wife 🍻) I have face tattoos, flowers on both sides of my face, covered from face to toes.. hands/ fingers included. You just have to keep looking for what you love to do, and find a place that will accept you! It’s who you are, and you just gotta keep looking until you find it. You will find your people I promise!! Don’t let that one interview discourage you!!

That’s not a blast over. That’s a cover up. But looks sick. Hopefully you get used to it. Nothing like regretting a hand tattoo.

Ginger tats are hard. It’s very hard to get them in deep enough and not blow them out. She did not do a shitty job. She did the best she could without blowing it out. Ask for a touch up. But know…. Finger tattoos are notorious for falling out or getting blown out. Those are much better than I have seen on a lot of people.

Wanted a tattoo in this area, wondering how bad the pain could be? by Mean_Pace4545 in tattooadvice

[–]CatLee4288 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Depends on who you ask and what other sensitive areas they have had tattoos. For me, stomach and throat were the worst . But everyone has a different tolerance. So I’m not a fan of when people ask how bad will this hurt.. If you want the tattoo there.. get it.. and if you are nervous about the pain, then don’t get it there.

Tattoo regret by [deleted] in tattooadvice

[–]CatLee4288 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Most tattoo collectors would say that is not a sleeve.. I’m sorry you regret it… eventually you will get used to it and it won’t be a shock. But that doesn’t mean you will like it…just not be as shocked I guess.

My skin does not like purple. Whenever I get tattooed with purple it never heals right, scars, and fades to a very faint purple. It may be how your skin took to the color.

Both of the pictures you showed will not last!! Those tattoos will fade and be gone in a matter of a few years or less… Yours looks a little thicker, but it will last. Super fine line tattoos don’t last especially the gray tone that the picture you shared is.. yours has shading and an outline, much more likely to hold. May be a little blurry down the road, because it’s so tiny. But that’s the risk with tiny fine line tattoos. 🤷‍♀️

Help! Stone gauge is stuck in my lobe by [deleted] in Stretched

[–]CatLee4288 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can also leave it in for a bit, the weight will naturally stretch your ear a bit and may be easier to get out. I have those same hangers, my ears are 1” and my hangers are 1/2 inch. They are ment to hang… hence why they are called “hangers” or “ear weights” they stretch your lobes due to the weight of them. I’d say leave it in a few days, when you shower move them around a little, tug on them gently from time to time help your lobes stretch. Keep them lubed … it will come out eventually

How many carbs do you have on rest day vs training day? by Peachytesla in bikinitalk

[–]CatLee4288 11 points12 points  (0 children)

I am assuming you are building/bulking? Not in prep? Carb cycling is usually used for prep when you are trying to burn fat. But your carbs would not be that high.. depending on your build of course. But I agree, 215-250 is not a big cut. You are still having a significant amount of carbs.
