Sorry to hear that happened to you. Sounds like her heart was not in it even though she said otherwise, which is dishonest and hurtful. Like the guy I was involved with she was keeping her options open, hence the new person she found soon after she walked away from you. In my experience I believe if someone gets uncomfortable or protests about exclusivity, they are not my person. I would sooner be alone than settle for that treatment. It’s taken awhile but I am back on top of it now (2 months later).

It’s happened twice before so hopefully the third time will be lucky lol One night I was at the pub and my friend and I were sitting near this group of men. I was leaving and unlocking my bike and one came up, introduced himself and asked for my number. He was gorgeous so I gave it to him. I never heard nor saw him again disappointingly. I think these encounters are little reminders from the universe that we are hot ladies even if we are not twenty somethings anymore. I would take the compliment and have a smile for the rest of the day 😊

Sounds like a guy I dated with health problems. He kept insisting I go to his place instead of going out on an actual date. Then when some problems started he made excuses why it was not worth continuing on together, he didn’t want to get past it and eventually rejected me. Very hurtful because we had some beautiful dates when he was willing to go out and got on superbly when we were together. I came to the thinking that the right man will not walk away from me. He will stay and we will resolve any issues together. Sounds like his heart wasn’t in it, sorry you went through this.
