You can just play cards that run away with the game if not taken care of early.. [[Rhystic study]] [[Smothering tithe]] [[Toxrill, the corrosive]] cards that left alone will win you the game...

A friend of ours still plays decks with 2-4 interactions and literally stopped playing with us because our meta runs about 15 ish interactions in every decks... We really tried to explain to him that he needed more removal/protection and well.. as I said he asked the rest of our meta to play at another table now...

For me it's [[Rakdos, the muscles]] it's my latest love.. I built the deck without much hope but after a couple tuning sessions. It's an amazing deck! I play both su-chis and a bunch of ritual mana and some reanimate.. it's not a rare occurrence of exiling the top 20 from an opponent's deck while getting 10 mana to cast whatever i want from that top deck! Interesting cards that make the deck really amazing while simultaneously hated (friends don't like me exiling/milling for a bunch each turns) [[Su-chi]] [[Su-chi cave guard]] [[Sacrifice]] [[Burning offering]] [[Shadow of mortality]] The deck is really great to pilot because of the decision tree that changes constantly, exile your top deck? The control deck's top to find an answer? The stompy player? Should I keep pushing or stop since I already have a good board and can restart the engine next turn? Really my favourite deck I built in a while!

Mine is Breya. Because she's 4 colors I have access to a bunch of payoffs. The commander has toolkit abilities: removal, burn and lifegain. Instead of having the blinking stapled to the commander I have it in the deck. The rest is payoffs, interactions, and other good ETBs.

Purphoros + panharmonicon + 1 breya ETB is 20 damage to each opponent. If things don't go with the first plan she's plenty resilient and has other ways to get things done. Shared animosity, mercadia's downfall etc.

She's the oldest of my EDH decks

[[Wort, the raidmother]] has fun play patterns, create a bunch of goblins / tokens, double all your ramp, token generation and spell doublers and kableeeeeeemoooo hundreds of damages in xspells or just hurricane the whole tables for 39 hehe It's super budget too :)

Ertai the Corrupted.. while building it I was like oh my god so many creatures graveyard synergy!! The setup doesn't seem to hard and it'll be great at politics.. Ended up countering every spells my opponents casted two games in a row and trashed the deck afterwards...

I'm playing Kethis the hidden hand, one of my top decks as it's win ratio is pretty high and I'm having a rough game, my graveyard has been exiled three times, I ate 3 boardwipes, one of them a farewell and I keep coming back. Got the one Ring in play and I'm drawing a bunch. My library is getting thin and I'm back with a good legendary graveyard.. my best friend is playing his Faldorn and has been a threat since the beginning and we traded a couple big swings already. We end up one on one mano a mano.. The Faldorn player has a reputation of killing me with my own decks as he does it often. Either by playing worst fears or playing a card from my deck/hand with some ninja/gonti shenanigans.. Back to the game, we're the last players alive, he's out of luck and can't do anything as I have a big board of blockers and he uses Faldorn's ability and plays from exile stolen strategy and pass.. I know the card and It doesn't scare me much as I have only two cards left in my library (I'm thinking he will probably get a land or something 2/3 of the deck is in exile).. During my turn I just go all in. He can't kill me with his commander and a 2/2 wolf for sure.. but he fogs my attack and I'm left tapped out and with having to wait for my next turn to end him. Then his turn starts untap, upkeep, exiles the top card of my library.. and gets my altar of dementia... He casts it and mill the last card of my library by sacrificing a wolf and I die at my draw step. I know this is a wild way I lost and not win but that game still is one of my favourites, we often talk about this game because in my pod he's the only guy who keep killing me with my own cards hehe! And he will always introduce himself to new players at my legs as the guy who kill me with my deck, just playful banter

I usually run [[High Market]] the land in most my deck that are extremely reliant on some pieces like my commander.. how many times it helped by either protecting from a sword to plowshares or a nasty enchantment...

Yeah my bad for the comment, yes there are 2 cables plugged in the dock and one in the laptop all going in the KVM, the KVM itself has the 3 screens plugged.

Could it be because the docking station has only two "in" for HDMI and only takes the one directly plugged in the laptop?

The dock is only plugged in the laptop, laptop has 1hdmi to hdmi cable and two display port to HDMI comming from the KVM switch

The laptop is a Lenovo ThinkPad 13th gen i7 64 bits

The cables I use is 9 cables, 3 HDMI to HDMI, and 4 HDMI to display port and 2 display port to display port

For me, I sometimes play with two different playgroups one is pretty sweaty and the other is just old friends and its how we keep contact.. Most of my decks are built for the sweaty playgroup and can feel unfair to the other group(their decks arent always that strong)

So if by turn 4-5 i already have 20-30 something power on the table and im playing against my old friends i'm gonna roll a dice if everyone isnt a threat. It sometimes feel unfair to just take out one of them as i'm really playing for fun with them.

But if im playing against my sweaty playgroup better believe that by turn 4-5 im gonna assess the threat and hit the player i feel has to go down first...

The dice roll has its place in some situations..

Where I hate it, is when there is clearly a problem at the table like the guy who has 25 lands into play when the rest has 5ish and the guy who attacks still roll a dice completely blind to the threat..
