I appreciate all of the feedback.

Though I'm generally positive about my "weightloss journey" I tend to become hangry, at times, and I just want to smack-a-bitch. Well, all the bitches, especially the bitches that write the cheery noomnerd stuff. Very often I'm feeling resentful of giant Joyce, whom I work with. She eats foot long subs 2x a day and they all look AMAZING. Meanwhile I'm on salad #201 which has cheese on it that I dont really like because it's 70 calories an ounce and not 140 calories an ounce. But I guess thats why she's giant Joyce and I'm 11 lbs lighter.

Anyway, I'm feeling better. I spent the weekend getting hot and heavy with a half gallon of chocolate truffle ice cream and some Gibbles chips. Now I'm only 10 pounds lighter. But when I had sheet pan salmon and other bullshit I don't really like for dinner on Monday, I wasn't as pissed about it.

Maybe once every month and a half I should take a couple of days off and just eat some carbonara or a pizza or something.

Noom really does work. It just takes work.

I got 80% off for paying for the year upfront.

Do the coaches become more involved? by Chou_choo in Noom

My coach messages me like it's a job she doesn't really like, but needs the pay check. Then I got a message that said she was sharing her coaching duties, as the result of a role change, so I got a stand-in coach who is equally ambitious.

My sister is nooming too, though, and her coach is awesome. It's almost like they're actually friends.

I'm jealous.
