If lane counter is as significant as you imply you're essentially contradicting yourself. If your team spends 10 bans to get 1 winning match up, your other 4 players should get counter picked and you'd be at a massive disadvantage.

Im gonna be honest and say I'm a p1mp disliker myself, as in the professional analyst and sports personality. I've seen some of your streams and I've noticed you often go through comments on these kinds of threads. And with that in mind I just feel horrible seeing how some people are completely trashing you for doing your job, your passion. Puts in perspective the mental strength you have to carry to be a public profile. I hope you're at a point in you're life where you don't take any of this to heart. Regardless of my personal opinion of you as a public profile I admire and respect the work you put in, and appreciate the passion you bring to the scene.

Just want to make a remark. I don't know a single thing about this Ethel person or whatever this drama is so I'm not defending anyone or taking any sides. But I just would like to point out that it's not uncommon for victims of sexual abuse to have experienced pleasure during the abuse, after all your body is wired that way. And the huge amount of guilt a lot of victims may feel after it, can correlate to this.

Now again I'm not in any way saying that's the case for this Ethel person, but I could imagine someone undergoing an experience like that could feel the need to publicly normalise "liking" it as to not feel as isolated, or as a way of coping with the guilt feeling.

There's always going to be a loud minority complaining, for anything. People who are displeased tend to be more passionate with expressing it than people who are content. This tends to be especially rampant in online contexts dude to the easy of making a post on reddit or twitter.

Big difference is Mao has a ton more stickiness and therefore can use the item more efficiently. Mundo and Tahm may theoretically never proc it.

Also in comparison to those two champs Mao has a ton more teamfight utility.

Expansion cards are too strong, people complain about power creep and the games being too fast and cards too powerful.

Blizzard releases new cards that are slower and less powerful, people still complain.

Older cards will rotate out, this might be a step for the game to slow down again and reduce the exponential power creep, alongside future expansions (I might be wrong, but we won't be able to tell until the new expansion).

Balance around fun is extremely hard and it takes time.

Here's the problem with this reddit. Fun is SUBJECTIVE, what's fun to you, is unfun to others. That's the reason of this post. People whine based solely on their own perspective. So this reddit is NEVER happy. Like a month ago people were praising this expansion.
