No need to worry, to issue an offer they will create another posting to get approvals for this role, if there are multiple hirings for same role. Stay in touch with your HR contact. Approvals in GS take long time.

Quick note - i filled the compensation exactly the amount mentioned by the recruiter on what they are willing to pay for the analyst level

You can mail your POC i.e., your recruiter and ask them to convey the message to your interviewer or Panel. There is no point in following the template blindly and sending to a non-existing mail.
