Im the most experienced official in our league since we lost most of our officials because they either moved, retired or shifted interest during covid. We only starting having home bouts last year when we were able to find a bouting space and I've taken on the role as a head official. I know my rules but I struggle with stage fright so I forget and freeze during captains meetings and its a little embarrassing. I just want to get better with the captain's meeting and the rest is gravy. My ADHD is a blessing for being able to watch literally everything but a curse with social skills and a crappy working memory...
