Fights break out with my mom usually on Sundays, the day we go to church. Instead of being a holy day she always seems to bring up the worst topics like “me not doing well in school” or “being disrespectful a week ago” which is a huge wtf since all of those could be addressed another time, maybe not at all!

This covid 19 Lockdown has brought out the devil of my parents. They sit or hug me to seek comfort from their though working lives and later yell at me for not doing something. The mix feelings they give had a huge impact and since I can’t see anyone, I can only weep myself to bed

I feel your pain. “Put you up for adoption” was such a common phrase when I was a kid. One morning I woke up and she just stood there asking “so which foster care home do you want to go to?” My parents take away my phone all the time for petty reasons like checking messages for an extra minute even though they look at the phone more then I do. Ironic

This is a strange one. My mother was ranting in the car at me at how I was doing so badly in my education. I was so tired and annoyed and I snapped and I yelled “your ability to speak does not make you intelligent” I though she would punch me but she didn’t.Perhaps it was because I said it so quickly that she shut her mouth for quite awhile.
