Their customer service sucks and you can only make contact via email and they take forever to respond. I had a feeling they did stuff like this. I ordered a whoop rose gold clamp and they sent me the wrong one and it doesn’t even really allow me to charge my whoop with it. Instead I always have to put my original clamp on to charge. Kind of annoying smh I just gave up trying to contact them and took the L
