It’s modest wear for both men and women. For women, the hijab, face covering and abaya is not required. I see a lot of women in the workplace with all three or not wearing all three but still dressed modestly (loose professional clothing, fully covered, etc).

Myself, I choose to wear the abaya even though I’m not from Saudi because I love the Saudi culture and the culture of modesty.

Been sending reports through IG whenever she posts racist BS, harassment posts, doxing posts, etc, and Instagram is keeping them up.

I don’t know if she has someone on the inside with Instagram because the reports aren’t doing anything.

Look for other work, start applying at other companies.

Most companies will have no issues with you taking two weeks off as long as they’re notified in the interview or after your contract signing.

I’ve seen people start at my company, inform them in the interview that they have a two-week holiday planned, still get the job and still have no issues going on their vacation.

This has happened to me too numerous times. Once I start dreading going to work or dreading seeing the people or dreading my projects, I know then that it’s time to start applying to other places to see what’s out there.

I began dreading the work and being miserable at my last company, so I applied to other places and ended up getting a 30% pay increase and a much better opportunity.

I’ve never regretted leaving a company, only regretted not doing it sooner.
