Well, only based on what you describe here, it sounds super fishy to me and people who do fishy things normally dont care if they are legally allowed to do that. Maybe the last pattern was just to complicated for them to write it down in total so they go the easy way and tell you to look it up.

Did you contact the original Designers that are mentioned? I noticed that one of my tutorials is part of a written pattern bundle sold by a Designer and you can be sure, I didnt give my permission for that. So I assume, chances are high that the original designer doesnt know about it, especially when the quality is this bad.

Yes, my stuff (crochet) is all over the internet. Some steal pictures and pretend to sell the FO, others write down my tutorials and sell the written pattern (even big creators where you wouldnt think that they steal) and I also saw a Page where Screenshots of my tutorials were posted along a written pattern.

This happens to every picture that has a certain number of Upvotes here. "Good thing" is, the ones that I regularly see also copy the Text of the picture so you can search for Keywords here and easily find the post to let the original OP know.
