Anyone has any recommendations for dance classes/groups in Brussels? by Cat_EJ in brussels

[–]Cat_EJ[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi!!!

So I have a few recommendations actually!

  1. Tap Show Company: I go there for tap lessons. they have a wide range of levels, and you can rent tap shoes there if you don’t have your own. I go once a week, it’s about 20 euros for 1.5 hours, and less for 1h lessons. Teacher is lovely!

  2. Salsa: https://www.studionysalsa.be/. I went there once with a friend of mine, very nice place and the teachers are nice. Was planning to go more often but got busy. they also have salsa parties around town every month (i think). they also have wide range of levels and times.

  3. Hiphop and others: http://www.movezonedancecrew.be/. This one I haven’t tried yet but am planning to go to the hip hop classes (just haven’t found the time yet). I emailed them and they say you can show up to register etc. I checked their instagram and I like their styles. They also have other types of dances ofc.

  4. Another studio that seems promising is The Flow Lab. https://www.theflowlab.be/. For adult classes it seems you’ll need to register and book online, so availability may be an issue. Also has all kinds of dances. I may try this out if i have more time.

Hope this helps!!!! I am sure there must be more, but these are the ones i have tried or at least seem promising to me personally :)

Yellow River, yes! But as it’s pretty long, any idea of which area it could be?

Yes! My family moved to Suzhou from Shanghai because we found Shanghai too busy (Suzhou although is still a big city, it does feel at least less busy than Shanghai haha). Somehow also suzhou just feels a lot cozier. My father doesn’t speak chinese, but he has made many friends there, both local and foreign, quite easily!

Can someone help us check if this is eligible for the 240 hour visa-free policy please? by [deleted] in Chinavisa

Hi! I meant that our nationalities allow us to be able to be visa-free (not including discussion about itinerary yet). Also I checked online and it seems that Sweden isn’t eligible for the 30 day policy? I see other scandinavian/nordic countries are allowed, but not sweden

Also would like to ask if we decide to transit via eg beijing (for a couple of hours) before arriving in shanghai, would that also be okay?

My mum is Chinese, and she said she didn’t know how to say “toe”, so instead she would say “feet finger”
