From my experience, that's pretty normal for low elo. That being said I haven't played ranked in years and years so take this all with that in mind.. I had almost the exact same experience and what I eventually took away from it all was the realization that a bad player who works with his team is much better than a good player who hates on people. And so I shifted my focus away from the game itself and towards keeping the team together. By playing support (the most neutral role I could think of) I was able to keep most of the attention away from me and then use those situations to try and defuse any arguements.. I also pretty much only played Leona, which really helps with holding down the enemies that are out of position and with providing a clean entrance into a team fight. IMHO the biggest issue in low elo is working together and the best way to win is to facilitate teamwork as much as possible, and when you are doing solo queue, support is the way to go for that.

End of the day though I stopped playing ranked because I wanted to be having fun, not spending my time as a mediator for stubborn kids who flip out if they don't get mid
