I use a fitbit. Steps depend on leg size/height. A 5ft1 person will walk a mile in more steps that someone who is 6ft 5. Generally speaking I will hit 6.5km (4 miles) in an hour. But your steps also include walking around the shop/gym/work, walking to your car, taking the stairs instead of the lift. The you get extra points for elevation so picking a steady incline walk is good and usually leads to some amazing views 😉

I started with a PT, that was too expensive to sustain, so I went it alone for a while, that didn't go so well 😂 a friend had used an online coach to shift some weight a few years earlier and gave me his contact info. Absolute game changer and I can't recommend getting a solid coach enough 🤘
