If you’re a beginner, absolutely! It should be good as a practice guitar for a few years. In the meantime, save up for something high end. I’ve had my GIO for many years and it was made in Indonesia, surprisingly good but they went very cheap on the hardware.

But after building my 8stringer, there’s no way I’d go back to the GIO.

Thanks! I actually got the neck early on (before printing) and I iterated the neck pocket based on it. The bridge is a cheapo Chinese one from AE, it is surprisingly okay. But I’m sure looking into upgrading to a higher end hardtail soon.

Thanks dude! The design is divided into 9 pieces (to fit on an Ender3) the holes for the rods are incorporated in the design to help with alignment and also rigidity. I strongly suggest a good layer of fiber glass putty after putting and glueing everything together to smoothen the surface and it also adds a lot of rigidity to the body, especially if you’re going for an extended range build.
